Now you say why this philosophy??? Girls and Guys, I got promoted at work. Practically this is my first official promotion (barring the career jumps that I had taken during job switches) and the feeling is taking time to settle.

What else in my life is taking time to settle?? Well currently it’s the super- fast service I received from Jabong (I shall prove that) and the overwhelming discounts that caught my eye while browsing through them. I shall also show you what I finally bought from them.

What Caught My Eye Apart From the Stuff I was Planning to Buy:

Yes, these are the stuff I saw on Jabong. Veromoda & ONLY is running up to 70% discount on their line. Such pretty dress for 800!! NAAAAAICEEEE!!!  I guess I should also try the kurtas by W which are also on discount.

What I Ordered:

Monsoon is at the peak, and hence, I was looking for good bath & body and skin care products. I was quite glad to see Iraya on Jabong as I have been longing to try Iraya for quite some time after reading good reviews about them. I chose Mandinta Ubtan Scrub (ORDER   HERE) and Honey & Liquorice Face Lotion (ORDER HERE)  . I opted for online transaction as a mode of payment so that someone else at my office can have the freedom of collecting the products on arrival and during my absence. They are also a trusted site so I always prefer paying online. Although they also have COD facility available against a convenience charge of INR 39 which is not happening!

Post Order:

My Ordering process and post sales experience has been fabulous and effortless. Once the payment was made on the portal I received got an order confirmation mail from Jabong stating my order details. It also had a link to track my order. I received similar details via SMS s well.

Within 4 hours I received a Despatch Update mail too, which again had plethora of details! Officially the maximum time committed was 6 days. The logistics partner was First Flight this time. I was totally elated.

Order Receipt:

I received the order at my desk on the very SECOND day!!!!! I was already overjoyed by my promotion news and this was like the icing on the cake. Guess what?? I didn’t even open it till I reached home as wanted to take pictures for this post. Believe me, it requires a lot of patience and perseverance to keep a parcel unopened for so long!

Packaging:

If the timeline was the hero of the show then packaging is surely the ITEM BOY (Why should boys have all the fun????!) My God,,I had never seen a packaging like that before! This was a level 2 bubble wrap. Pictures would probably tell you the story rather me just trying to make failed attempts of explaining it. Superb. One of the two items actually came in a ceramic container and this type of bubble pack ensured not even a hair line crack on it.

Overall Experience:

Frankly this wasn’t my first experience with Jabong but surely one of the best. One of my very early encounters with Jabong was also fabulous. And the latest one was a gentle reminder that I should surely order from them if the desired product is available. Endless product line, happening discounts, super sales and post sales!!
