Aishwarya Rai Cannes 2014 Inspired Look

Let me open this post with a personal comment, I am not a huge fan of Mrs. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Kind of have a love-hate relationship with her. Not that it matters to her!!

But boy,,,when she appeared on the Red Carpet at the French Riviera,,,,,it was a clear case of Girl Crush. She looked ravishing and with som much of panache in every picture she posed for.

I fully empathize with her husband who tweeted that night “Almost 52hrs without sleep! Eyes shutting… and the Mrs. Shows up looking like this!! Ok.. Eyes wide open now!“.

Bdw the makeup enthusiast in me instantly got the lipstick correct when I came across the pictures. The moment I saw her I knew she was wearing L’Oreal Moist Matte Lipstick in Lincoln Rose. I in fact did a sneak peek and LOTD as well with Lincoln Rose- Check it out HERE.

 Out of her three red carpet appearances, I found the winged eyeliner and red bold lips’ look the best and tried it out.

Hope you like the recreated look. I like her mermaid locks too, but personally I am not a big fan of middle parting on me because I end up looking like the default Bangali Babu in our Hindi Movies.

Also my hair don’t curl, so I could have never achieved those curls. Lastly, it was too hot when I was heading out, so I preferred a messy sock bun.
