LOTD with L’Oreal Moist Matte Lipsticks in Lincoln Rose

It’s time of the year when Fashionistas are all over eyes and ears for Cannes and so how could I miss not trying the supremely gorgeous L’Oreal’s Moist Matte Lipsticks!

To tell you, they are yummmmmmm! And drool worthy!. A detailed review will come up but for now, they are my favorite texture amongst lipsticks. Matte but so moisture rich to give a velvet finish that stays on lips forever! I was bowled by the entire thing. Rich in pigmentation, rich in moisture, rich in matte and rich in price too..Oops!!

Moist Matte lipsticks are at par with MAC Matte lipsticks (I am not comparing with Retro matte as they are too drying and that’s what they are supposed to do)

Available in 10 shades, I picked up the one called Lincoln Rose which is such a unique Red. I have a weakness towards red but this one is entirely different amongst all the reds I have. It’s red with pink undertones just like MAC All Fired Up. This is a great dupe of the same. It’s not only cheaper by 200 bucks but also more available than All Fired Up.

I wanted to pick up the Orange shade too, but that was too neon for me.

THE PICTURES DONOT DO JUSTICE TO LINCOLN ROSE AS IT’S THE MOST UNIQUE RED I HAVE COME ACROSS-RED WITH PINK UNDERTONES. THE CAMERA COULDN’T CAPTURE THE PINK HUE AT ALL IN ALL POSSIBLE CAMERA SETTINGS. PHEW!!!
